1. Order Processing

1.1 Handmade Products

All budgeting envelopes and related items are handmade. Please allow [1-3 business days]for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.

1.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at [brighterlifedesignco@gmail.com].

1.3 Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun or your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, carrier rates, and package weight/size.

2.2 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times:

2.3 Delivery Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues.

The carrier used may vary depending on package size, destination, and service availability.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

4.1 Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

4.2 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for additional postage costs to reship the order.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

5.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [X days] with photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
